What Available!™ costs
No listing fee. No monthly minimum. Fees only apply when a card payment actually goes through.
Post as many as you want. Nothing charged until an item sells by card.
Available!™ never touches the money. No fee, no cut.
Deducted from the payout. Deposited to your bank via Stripe on the standard Stripe schedule (usually 2 business days after payment).
Added on top at checkout and always shown before the buyer taps Pay. Covers card-network costs and the safeguards that make Buy Now work: phone-verified buyer, payment record, card-payment protections, and pickup coordination.
Standard Stripe rate (currently 2.9% + $0.30). Charged to the seller by Stripe, separate from the Available!™ fee.

Free tier gets you started. Paid unlocks add extras the free tier doesn’t include. Every purchase lets you re-download the PDF for 30 days (60 for the Premium Kit), so items added later still land in the same download.

Why the card fee exists
Card payments cost money to move: Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe all take a cut of every transaction, no matter where it happens. The 2% buyer fee covers those network costs and the safeguards that make Buy Now work on a person-to-person sale: phone-verified buyer, payment record, card-payment protections, and pickup coordination. The 5% seller fee is what keeps Available!™ running.
Why cash / Venmo / PayPal is free
Available!™ never touches the money on a cash or in-person payment. The buyer hands over money at pickup and the seller marks the item paid. No processing, no fee.
Refunds
If a buyer paid by card and doesn’t want the item after inspecting it, the seller refunds in one tap from their dashboard. The 5% Available!™ seller fee comes back in full, and the 2% buyer fee comes back on full refunds. Stripe’s own processing fees (about 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) usually don’t come back on a refund, per Stripe’s policy. That portion stays with Stripe.
What’s not on this page
No listing fee. No monthly subscription. QR codes, cross-post captions, analytics, camera-roll uploads, and watermarked print PDFs are all free. Optional paid extras live in the Print Store above (yard sign, hangtags, arrows, kits). If we ever add anything else, existing free features stay free.
